Handbook for the Summer Schools

  • The Handbook includes all training materials that will be used for the education process during the summer schools. It includes some theoretic content but the main materials will be case studies, good examples, videos on various topics related to environment protection & migrants inclusion, etc.
  • The partnership has developed various digital content that are easy to use and are more engaging for the audience.

According to the proposal the Handbook for the summer schools should have the following chapters:

  • Ecology & environment protection in EU main principles and concepts
  • EU environmental policy
  • Green economy & its place in the EU
  • Blue economy & how to expand its share
  • Environmental sustainability – What is meant by the phase? How to achieve it? Taken & upcoming steps? etc.
  • Ecological behavior – do’s & don’ts; hints & advices for improving one’s behavior to be more environment friendly, etc.
  • Importance of environment protection to ensure Earth’s survival & sustainable development

Colection of Outdoor Activities

It is a compilation of various face-to-face and outdoor activities to be used during the summer schools as a way to keep the engagement & motivation high.

The Collection of outdoor activities also contains instructions for the summer school professor on how to realise the provided activities and how to keep the summer schools participants engaged & motivated during the classes.

Manual of how to organize INTEGRATEU summer schools

The Manual provides practical instructions on how to plan, how to organize & how to conduct IntegratEU summer school to support the integration and inclusion of migrants & refugees in the higher education. The Manual covers the topics:

  • Profile of the participants
  • How to attract & motivate participants to enrol?
  • How to organize the summer schools?
  • How to follow-up with the participants after the school?
  • How to promote the summer schools?
  • Communication & promotional strategy for the school
